2008 is the United Nations International Year of the Potato (IYP).

In France, Arvalis is organising PotatoEurope 2008, a field exhibition for growers, under the PotatoEurope label. During this event, one of the workshops will be devoted to ENDURE's recent advances. A prototype of the future ENDURE Information Centre, containing information about sustainable potato crop protection management in Europe, will be on demonstration.
