Research Paper Hall, A.J. and Devereau, A.D. 2000 Outlook on Agriculture, 29 (4): 275-282 (2000). This was the final phase of the "Non-grain starch staple post-harvest and technology transfer project: uganda" under which there was a commitment to the Government of Uganda until 31 August 1995. The project was concerned with the validation of needs-assessment methodologies through case studies on the most important commodities in the country: cassava, sweet potato and cooking banana. Adaptive research in support of these needs-assessment studies was initiated as appropriate. Related project: R6317.
This project was previously under R5079.
