The trend on the market has remained similar overall to that of week 15. Demand has remained satisfactory for Floridian fruits. Deliveries have continued to be larger than expected and have been higher than last year (+ 27%). Only few specialists have continued to receive normal volumes. Some stocks in grade 40 have been sell off thanks to promotional operations. Prices have been firmer than week 15 and have sometimes risen a little (grade 40). Demand has remained quiet for Mediterranean grapefruit. Global arrivals have gone on their downward trend. Cyprus have been almost at the end of season. Turkey campaign is coming to its end and supplies have been limited because of rainfalls. Deliveries from Israel have remained significantly below the average (volumes still concentrated in the hand of very few operators). Prices have remained stable for both Israeli and Spanish fruits. Some multiple programs have started with Corsica grapefruits
