Completed This research focussed on the practical difficulties that Agricultural Planning Units face in developing monitoring and ongoing evaluation systems. From experience in Dominica, St Lucia and Grenada, flexible project-level systems have proven to be more useful for project management than centralised computer systems covering all projects.
