By mid-morning on the first day of a recent workshop with representatives of projects that bring together civil society organizations, or CSOs, with CGIAR-supported Centers, one thing was perfectly clear: As with human relationships generally, there are lots of ways to strike up a CSO-CGIAR partnership.
