Home to an incredible diversity of landscape and people, Nepal's agricultural economy is threatened by increasingly erratic rains and shrinking glaciers. Community-based initiatives have proved successful in managing forest and water resources, but much greater support is needed to tackle malnutrition and poverty. 03/09/09
