The International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) is seeking a Communications Specialist for the Environment and Production Technology Division (EPTD). This position is a one-year, fixed term, renewable appointment based at IFPRI Headquarters in Washington, DC.

The Communications Specialist will provide overall leadership for communications functions for EPTD, which includes both outreach to a number of constituencies and internal communications among division researchers. Responsibilities include working with EPTD researchers and colleagues in the Communications Division to develop communications strategies for programs and projects housed within EPTD, such as climate change, bioenergy, water resource management, land management, agricultural investments, and biotechnology. Final grade level will be determined demonstrated experience.
